Forest Trails is a community located south of SE 192nd Street and is west of 140th Ave. SE.

This development includes several smaller developments, built in the mid-1980s into the '90s.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
